RCE Tantramar is working with a number of local partners to organize a “Climate Change Week” in mid March 2013. This week will raise awareness about the potential impacts of climate change in Tantramar, a coastal region bordered by the Bay of Fundy and the Northumberland Strait.
EOS Eco-Energy, the Mount Allison University course “Community Adaptation to Climate Change”, and RCE Tantramar are working together to bring in as much community involvement as possible, with the hope of including representatives from the four Tantramar municipalities, students at Tantramar Regional High School and Marshfield Middle School, the Sustainable Sackville Committee, the local business community, local environmental groups, local artists, dramatists, and many more!
